Eligible Products: All non-customized items are returnable, including toys, apparel, and merchandise. Customized products and final sale items can only be returned if they are defective. A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the original purchase date to initiate a return. We charge a $.5.00 flat rate for return shipping.
Product Condition: Returns must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Damaged or worn items are not eligible for a return.
