Collar connects to Satellites in the Sky to keep your dog contained so always take your collar outside after setup to check and test your fence.
  • When the collar is outside with a view to the sky, it will lock onto satellites and blink green. From initial setup/switch on always allow up to 3 minutes for collar to settle and Lock onto Satellites. It may blink Red when outside, but will recover quickly to green. If Collar is indoors, it will blink red. red blink is Ok and Fence is active and red blink won’t do anything. When dog comes outside again with clear view to the sky, allow a short time to get signals and Blink Green. It is recommended that before you put the collar on your dog after a switch on/Charge, take collar outside and leave it for a few minutes to initially lock onto satellites and blink green first
